Manju M Garhwal is a dynamic writer and creative force, and the founder of BAK BAK MUMBAI, widely recognized for her ability to combine meaningful storytelling with emerging formats. In 2019, she produced the feature film Holy Cow, starring Sanjay Mishra, Tigmanshu Dhulia, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. This landmark project not only showcased her cinematic vision but also firmly established and stabilized BAK BAK Mumbai as a credible and evolving production house.

Since then, Manju has consistently delivered impactful content across platforms, producing popular crime shows such as Crime Alert and Crime World, along with several short films. Staying ahead of industry trends, she has embraced vertical micro dramas as a powerful storytelling medium. Her recent production, Kidnapper Bhaisahab, a micro drama released on Amazon MX Player, stands as a strong example of her innovative approach. At the heart of Manju’s journey lies a clear mission: to discover exceptional talent and give them a strong, visible platform, making her a bold, forward thinking, and influential voice in the Indian entertainment industry.

Aman Batra

Writer & Director

Aman Batra is the Content Head at BAK BAK Mumbai and one of the key creative pillars of the company. His talent was identified and nurtured within Bak Bak Mumbai, where he has evolved into a writer and creative director who plays a central role in shaping the company’s content language and creative vision.

At Bak Bak Mumbai, Aman leads the creative journey from ideation and writing to creative execution, ensuring every project aligns with the company’s vision and quality standards. He has creatively directed multiple vertical micro drama shows and led the creative direction of a series under the banner. Recently, he served as Creative Producer and Creative Director on Kidnapper Bhaisahab. As a director, Aman has helmed several music videos and advertising films. Currently, his focus is firmly on direction, as he continues to develop original in house projects and strengthen Bak Bak Mumbai’s presence in new age and emerging content formats.

Gautam Parvi

Writer & Director

Gautam Parvi is a Mumbai-based filmmaker and writer, and the Director at Bak Bak Mumbai. He is widely regarded as a talented director with a sharp understanding of content, storytelling, and audience sensibilities. An engineer by qualification, Gautam chose to follow his passion for cinema and began his journey by assisting Vidhu Vinod Chopra on Eklavya – The Royal Guard. His four-year association with Vinod Chopra Films became his foundation in filmmaking. He has worked on notable feature films such as Wake Up Sid, I Hate Luv Storys, and Krrish 3, along with several ad films. Since 2017, he has been independently writing and directing content for leading platforms. Recently, he directed Kidnapper Bhaisahab for Amazon MX Player and is currently developing multiple upcoming projects at Bak Bak Mumbai. Gautam is known for his strong creative instincts and his ability to translate ideas into compelling, impactful content.

Punit Kumar Singh

Executive Producer

Punit Kumar Singh is the Executive Producer at BAK BAK Mumbai, and a key pillar of the company’s production operations. He oversees planning, execution, and coordination, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish and meets the company’s creative and production standards.

Shivam Singh

Casting Director

Shivam Singh is the Casting Director at BAK BAK Mumbai, responsible for discovering and casting the right talent for the company’s projects.

Wrishabh

Writer

Wrishabh is a Mumbai-based screenwriter and a History (Hons.) graduate from Banaras Hindu University. He has written the lyrics for “Sab Kho Gaya” in the web series Physics Wallah on Amazon MX Player.

He has previously worked as an Associate Dialogue Writer on the SonyLiv series 13th and is currently an Additional Dialogue Writer on the upcoming Amazon MX Player series The Bureaucrat. At Bak Bak Mumbai, he is part of the writing team developing the studio’s upcoming projects.

Vijay

Writer

Vijay is a Mumbai-based screenwriter and director who began his career as a language coach on television projects in Kolkata and later worked as a dub scriptwriter on the Zee5 anthology Bhalobasha Shohor 2. He has also worked as an editor with the Rekhta Foundation and has been published in two poetry anthologies. Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, English, and Bengali, he is currently a writer at Bak Bak Mumbai, developing the company’s upcoming projects.
